We run a professional home and property maintenance service offering flexible cleaning and outdoor care options; we provide Standard and Deep Clean services priced per bedroom (starting at $25 and $35 per bedroom respectively) and can tailor work with a Pick and Choose menu that includes tasks from grout scrubbing to lawn mowing. Deposits are required when the total cleaning amount is over $200 (25% of total) to cover travel and supplies, are non-refundable except as specified for rescheduling, and failure to be present at a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of services and deposit according to our timing and contact rules. Our teams perform time-based appointments (examples given: a four-hour visit for 1–2 bedroom homes by one professional and an eight-hour visit for 3–4 bedroom homes by two professionals) and offer both interior services (sweeping, mopping, dusting, appliance sanitizing, carpet treatments, laundry, dishes, etc.) and exterior/yard services (lawn mowing, weed eating, tree limb cutting/removal).

• If a customer is not home to sign paperwork, crew will wait 30 minutes then leave; contacting us within 48 hours after a missed appointment allows 70% of the deposit to be applied toward a new appointment (30% due to reschedule); calling at least 24 hours before allows 100% transfer of deposit to a new appointment.
