What’s the refund policy?

We’d hate to see you go, but we do honor refunds. We have a 7-day refund policy for monthly subscribers and a 30-day refund policy for yearly subscribers. Reach out to us by using our contact page.

If you feel that you don’t want or need to be listed as a premium member anymore, then just login, go to your profile in your account, and hit cancel subscription, and you won’t be billed again.

What’s the main benefit of being a premium member?

You get all sorts of perks, like being featured in the search results, including your listing being pushed up the list in front of more eyes, a featured banner on your listing, allowing customers to rate and review, uploading additional photos, embedding videos, listing in more categories to help customers better find you, and much, much more.

As a premium member, these extra features will help give you that trust factor when potential customers are browsing through our site.

On a side note, its all about exposure and online traffic. Our dedication to you is to send as many eyes and ears to our website as possible so that these eyes and ears will find you on our site.

What’s this review management add-on?

Currently in Beta.

The review management software itself comes with an add-on fee. All businesses need reviews and there are so many platforms to get customers to review you. Our third-party software can help you get more reviews from the platform (i.e., Google Maps, Yelp, BBB, etc.) of your choosing.

It will help you send and even schedule emails to your customers after a completed job to rate and review you. With the review management add-on, you can even embed those reviews in many different styles right onto your own website as well!

For now, we don’t have an ETA for when it will be ready. However, we can tell you that it’s going to be a discounted add-on for premium listing partners.

Is there anyway I can get a premium listing for free?

Yes! We can offer you a limited-time premium listing if you can help us. We’re looking for experts in their fields who have plenty of knowledge and experience. We’re also looking for videos of your work. It doesn’t have to show your face or anyone else’s face on it. A video of work and progress would be wonderful. If that’s you and you want to partner with us, we would love to have you.
