When you click “Get Started” we collect basic details, grant app access by email, and guide you to submit a service request — our team reviews it, sends an upfront estimate, suggests an appointment, and only after you approve do our technicians arrive in Goodsmith vans to complete the work and deliver an invoice you can pay in-app. Most jobs (about 80%) are handled by our full-time, professionally trained Goodsmith technicians who pass background and drug screenings and graduate from our in-house Goodsmith University, while the remainder are completed by carefully vetted partner professionals.
